For April, many GAC members will be supporting UNCG's Three College Observatory at the NC Statwide Star Party.

There will be a brief, informal meeting at the Greensboro Science Center for those not attending TCO.

Spend the afternoon with GAC at the Glenn McNairy Branch of the Greensboro Public Library from 3-5PM Learn about the universe through interactive activities, games, presentations and daytime solar observations. April 11, 2026 -- For the third year in a row, the Greensboro Astronomy Club has honored a significant contributor to the area astronomy community. This year's honoree is Danny Lineberger, a long-time GAC member and lynchpin to GAC outreach, as well as club historian.
