TriStar 2025

Triad Starfest is an annual one-day conference presented by Greensboro Astronomy Club and hosted on the main campus of Guilford Technical Community College. The conference features several presentations by astronomy researchers, educators and enthusiasts. 

Tri*Star* -- The Triad Star Festival, the 24th year of the conference,  
TriStar 2025 is March 1st and will once again be held in the Koury Auditorium on the main campus of Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown, NC. Speakers this year include Duke Cosmologist Eve Vavagiakis, Science Historian Barbara Becker, and Stellar Spectroscopist Richard Gray. In addition, TriStar will once again feature the Dennis Hands Memorial Astro-imaging Contest and prize drawings. No registration for the conference is necessary, just sign in upon arrival.
